Dubai is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, and this shows not only through the different nationalities of people who call the city their home, but through the vast array of restaurants serving up cuisine from every corner of the globe.

Are you planning a holiday to Dubai really soon? You can think about where you want to eat before you go, as there are so many restaurants to choose from, and you may need a plan in order to fit all of them in.

We have put together a short list of three different cuisines, giving you an idea of where you may want to book a table:

English: Bread Street Kitchen & Bar – Atlantis, The Palm

Located in a breathtaking hotel in Dubai, this gorgeous restaurant owned by Gordon Ramsey and mirrored on the lively warehouse style of the one he owns in London, the Dubai Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is a popular hangout for both family and friends looking for a place to catch up while indulging in some delicious food.

A modern European Restaurant and Bar like no other, the Bread Street Kitchen and Bar serves up a number of delicious British European dishes – including English-style fish and chips, British roast beef and his signature Beef Wellington – alongside an array of classic and innovative cocktails.

In addition to the menu, there are weekly specials for four days of the week. Tuesday is Curry Club, Wednesday is Wellington Wednesday, Friday is Family Brunch day and Saturday is a British Roast lunch!

The selection of diverse cuisine will have you spoiled for choice, and includes fresh fish, meat and pasta dishes, amongst other things, and there are a number of cooking stations spread throughout the restaurant where you can watch your delicious food being prepared and cooked for you – right in front of your eyes.

To finish off your dinner, there is nothing quite like indulging in a sweet treat, helping to keep your sweet tooth at bay. And in case you’re wondering what kind of sweet treats are on offer, Latitude has a chocolate fountain, need I say any more?

Indian: Chutney’s Restaurant

Chutney’s Restaurant at the Movenpick Hotel in Bur Dubai serves up North Indian fare that will have your taste buds tingling with their subtly spiced cuisine that is drool-worthy!

There are two tandoor ovens in the restaurant that let off the most amazing aromas as you sit at your table which will have you waiting in anticipation before being handing a menu filled with an array of delicious curries, biryanis and kebabs, as well as sweet deserts that include pistachio and saffron dumplings that are covered in honey syrup.

All the meals – that are made with recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation – are presented in elaborate silverware, and can be eaten while listening to the live music provided by a Ghazal trio, which only adds to the atmosphere.

There is nothing like indulging in delicious, fresh and well-made food while on holiday. Make sure you spoil yourself with an array of cuisine that is different from what you eat at home and that makes you feel satisfied when you leave!
