Rising talent Ruben Dawnson shares symbolic visuals for his anti-anxiety indie gem ‘FYALMA’

Norway’s Ruben Dawnson recently made his 2020 entrance with his genre-blending, emotional expressive single ‘FYALMA’. It gave the young producer room to break free from anxiety and therefore to reach out to listeners who may wish to do the same. ‘FYALMA’ quickly picked up support from Dummy, Noctis Magazine, Earmilk, Project U and more.

Now, Dawnson unveils his symbolic visuals to represent the most liberating song that he’s ever written, all to say “fuck you anxiety leave me alone!”

As he explains:

“The video builds on the theme of the song and symbolizes the idea of running from something that doesn’t even really exist, maybe even running from yourself in a way, or running from a certain aspect of yourself. It’s confusing and at times distorted, and you can’t seem to get anywhere. The switch up in the end hints at something else further down the line, a hidden message…”
