San Francisco based singer-songwriter Peter Saputo makes his return with his masterful single ‘Maybe You Will’. Encompassing an Indie-Pop sound, Peter delivers a relatable story of heartbreak, pulling inspiration from Lewis Capaldi, Dean Lewis and John Mayer.
Born and raised in San Francisco, the young singer-songwriter has been playing guitar and writing music since the age of 7 and has been perfecting his craft ever since. It wasn’t until 2018 that Peter made his mark on the industry. The release of his debut ‘Why Can’t I Say No?’ gained over 100,000 streams on Spotify in just a few weeks and built on his ever-growing, loyal fan base.
Growing with every release, Peter now returns with ‘Maybe You Will’. When asked about the track, Peter stated:“Everything about this song, lyrically, is so personal, yet so relatable. The song is written about wanting someone who simply doesn’t want you back. The feelings brought out of a situation like this can bring so much anxiety, self-doubt, and heartache to an individual. You keep thinking these things to yourself until you get to a point of thinking to yourself that you’re not good enough; that you will never be good enough. Who really knows though? Maybe they will want you back one day. Maybe you, someday, will be good enough. All you can do is want something more, when all you should really do is leave. It’s time to leave.”
This is just the beginning of Peter’s promising journey in music
