How would you describe your music?
I’d describe my music as a journey of self-expression—each song is a reflection of where I am in life, the questions I’m exploring, and the growth I’m experiencing. My music often dives into themes of vulnerability, self-compassion, and the courage to open up to love, both from ourselves and others. It also takes a deeper look inward, exploring self-acceptance, finding inner peace, and embracing our true selves, even with all our imperfections. With each piece, I aim to create an intimate space where listeners can connect with their own experiences and feel encouraged to explore their own paths to self-love and inner peace.
Who inspired you to make music?
From a very early age, my dad, who was a musician himself, was my biggest inspiration to start making music. Watching him play music sparked something in me, and I knew even then that it was something I wanted to pursue. As I grew older, I started to dream of becoming an artist who could reach people in the way that someone like Adele does—she’s been one of my favorite artists for as long as I can remember. Now, music has become a space where I feel I can be fully, authentically myself. There’s no need for masks, no room for doubts—just a pure expression of my soul. My goal with every song I write is to create something that feels like it comes straight from my heart.
What do you enjoy most about being an artist?
One of my favorite things about being an artist is the magic of live performances. There’s something incredibly special about seeing people’s eyes light up as they connect with what I’m sharing. That moment of mutual openness, where the audience and I are united through music, is truly amazing. It’s the kind of connection that makes everything worth it.
What does your music say about you?
My music is a reflection of my ongoing personal journey—it speaks to my growth, the challenges I face, and the insights I gain along the way. It’s an honest exploration of vulnerability, self-acceptance, and finding strength in our imperfections. Through each song, I aim to share the idea that embracing who we truly are is the key to inner peace and self-love. Ultimately, my music is a space for both myself and my listeners to connect, reflect, and discover a sense of unity in our shared experiences.
What is your creative process like?
My creative process usually starts from a place of quietness, both in my surroundings and in my mind. I need that calm space to settle into a kind of meditative state, where I can dive deeply into the music as if nothing else exists. I begin by clarifying what I want to express, focusing on the emotion or message I’m hoping to convey, and then I just let myself flow with it. The songs I end up loving the most are often those that emerge naturally in this flow, without needing much adjustment afterward. Once the song itself is created, production is a whole new world. I work hard to make sure the production aligns with my original idea, so it stays true to that initial spark of inspiration.
I’m also very selective about who I collaborate with during this process, because it’s such a personal experience for me. I need to feel completely safe and understood by the people I work with, so that I can truly open up and express myself. It’s important that I have that sense of trust and connection in order to create something that feels authentic and true to my vision.
What is the local music scene like for you?
I’ve been incredibly fortunate to experience some of the biggest stages in Lithuania, having been a part of shows like Lithuania’s Got Talent and X Factor Lithuania. Afterward, I had the opportunity to sing backing vocals for one of the biggest artists in the country. These experiences really opened my eyes to what it feels like to perform on such massive stages, singing in front of thousands of people. The energy in those moments is indescribable, and it made me realize that this is the life I want to live. Being a part of the Lithuanian music scene has shown me how much passion and talent there is here, and it has definitely shaped my journey as an artist.
Do you have a personal favorite venue where you like to perform?
One of my personal favorite venues where I had the chance to perform my solo show was Rockwood Music Hall in New York City. It holds a special place in my heart, so I was really upset when I recently found out it’s closing for good. That space was intimate and full of energy, and it felt like a true connection with the audience. But I guess it’s a sign to start dreaming even bigger! Maybe one day I’ll get to perform at Wembley Stadium—who knows? The possibilities are endless, and I’m excited for what’s to come.
What is one message you would give to your fans?
We live in such a big, beautiful world, but it can feel overwhelming at times. It’s so easy to lose ourselves in the noise and complexity of everyday life. My message to you is this: you are unique and enough, just as you are right now. If we can slow down and truly listen to our hearts, we can find a path that feels fulfilling and true to ourselves. Embrace who you are in this moment, and don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise. The world needs what only you can bring.
