Cardiff based Space pop band Lunar Bird have released their new single “A Walk”. The song is now available on all digital platforms.
About the song the band says:
“The song is a celebration of the inner strength we possess, when going through difficult times in particular. In fact, it’s a celebration of those hard moments: they constitute a valuable opportunity to flourish. So why is it that we are so afraid of showing our pain? And why do we feel ashamed when we cry? A walk aims to valorise human frailty. To unite in our emotional vulnerabilities. After all, it is only when we accept our struggles, that we may truly progress.”
Forming in 2017, Lunar Bird deliver an atmospheric mixture of ethereal Dream Pop and mesmerizing Indie Psychedelia.
The debut EP ‘Daydreamer’ (2018) was well reviewed and played on several radio programmes, notably on BBC Music Introducing. The single “Siren Scales”, released on Diamond Club (Brilliance), gained airplay from several radio stations such as BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Cymru and Amazing Radio. The new singles precede the debut album release in 2020
