Modeling since the early ’90s, her acting career spans every medium and discipline of the craft with a past focus on Television, including a co-starring role on Almost Family on FOX, Co-Hosting a segment on Dr. Oz with Chef Roble and playing “Mother” in Brainchild by Pharrell Williams. Dorothy has also served as the Host of “Trenton Now”, and has made appearances on the Rachel Ray Show, FOX Philly News and the PIX 11 News with Kirsten Cole. Additionally, the actress has played Harvette, in “Stalked The Harvette Williams Story” on ID Channel, Madam Floor Person in “The Perfect Murder”, Kim Worthington on “The Real Story with MES” and in Re-occurring parts in 6 Web series (2 on TV, 4 YouTube). Dorothy is also a former Ambassador for the NBC People’s Choice Awards.
Ms. Meyers has starred on Broadway in James Franco’s version of “Glass Menagerie” by Tennessee Williams and in Movies such as The Fearless Two, TONES, Providence (indie), with more planned for 2020 and beyond. The versatile actor was also part of a DOVE Billboard Campaign at Times Square, in a Harper’s Bazaar Online tutorial with Justine Marjan (Kim Kardashian’s hairstylist) and has served as an Ambassador for FitBit, and a Spokesperson for Metamucil.
