Tell You is a mysterious, liberating, euphoric love song. It is about knowing you have to leave someone you’ve been with for a long time, and being scared of being alone for the first time in a while- even though you know that it is the right thing to do. It is the second single off of KYŁO’s Exit EP.
The visuals that have been created for this song, are an artistic resemblance of those meanings. The use of fabrics tying the couple together are a metaphor for feeling trapped in a relationship, and the fear of leaving/being alone. Blended together with skyscapes, car rides, and a long walk into the water to contemplate everything…these visuals bring an eerie outlook to the song.
KYŁO is an electro-pop artist based in Toronto, Ontario who at first listen has been categorized alongside some of her musical influences such as; Banks and Abra, but when it comes down to it KYŁO carves out a sound all her own.
