New York rock artist Ian Bamberger has released his second album, Headaches & Heartaches, featuring singles “I Know I Know Nothing,” “The River,” and “Life Isn’t a Free Ride.” The album is available on all streaming services.

The 10 track album explores themes of love, death, addiction, and the passing of time, through honest lyrics and narrative songwriting. Bamberger’s both emotionally and technically extensive vocal range is well showcased as it moves from soft to passionate from song to song. Reminiscent of traditional rock and roll anthems with use of real instruments, the album is full of tracks that exist in the same musical and narrative world, while also possessing variation.

“Headaches & Heartaches is my most ambitious and honest release to date. All the songs came together and were finished during the pandemic,” says Bamberger. “Each song on the album tells a different experience and story, and these stories and experiences are feelings I captured and put into music. I hope people enjoy this album and share the love that I have for rock and the music as a whole!”

The album features music, lyrics, production, guitar, and vocals by Ian Bamberger, backing vocals by Kat Geithman, drums by Dr. Bill Grillo, bass by Brian Gearty, and was engineered by Nick Semanchick.
