Originally from Ghana, West Africa, Caroline grew up in Stockton, California. A musician and performer from the start, she began singing and dancing in theatre and became a classically trained violinist. Shortly after graduating high school she was crowned Miss San Joaquin County with the Miss America Pageant Association and went on to compete in the miss California Pageant. While earning her B.A in Theatre (with an acting emphasis) from San Francisco State she starred in the independent film “Burst”-directed by Aida Ghiday– which went on to garner awards at several films festivals including, Women in Film, Hollywood Black Film Festival and Cinequest Film festival. he also established herself as a San Francisco nightlife fixture dancing and booking dancers at the legendary Club Townsend (Club Universe/Pleasuredome), managing the Folsom Street Fair Dance area for numerous years and traveling throughout Europe as a featured dancer, along with her sister Elizabeth Lund, for Bay are based- international Jazz band, Mingus Amungus.
Caroline began working as a vocalist with renowned producers and set out to create her own exhilarating club sound. She has collaborated with talented musicians and producers including Myron Dove (Santana) Keith Haarmyer (Curcuit Grooves 10.1) Vincent Brantley aka Van Gough (Boys II Men). Working closely with her producer, Leo Frappier, Caroline’s 2009 breakout single “Move Your Body”-and it’s club ready remixes by seasoned club remixers-helped launch her music and positive vibe outside of the Bay Area to the World’s biggest clubs, dance radio stations and TV channels. She has had several successful club tracks including “Don’t Wanna Be Right” and most recently “Come With Me”-which ranked #2 Billboard Dance/Club chart upon release- on Leo Frappiers’ label “HitSaveRecords”. She also received stellar reviews for her single with International producer/remixer Paul Goodyear , Outlaw”. With remixes by dance floor giants, Paul Goodyear, DJ Wayne G, DJ Matt Consola, Murry Hood, DJ Jamie J Sanchez, Sweet Team Music (Leo Frappier/Paul Brewer), DJ john Lepage, James Torres.. (just to name a few) Caroline’s music has taken on a life of its own and she is excited to see what the future has in store!
