Sydney, Australia based 22 year old singer/songwriter/rapper Nick de la Hoyde has released the official video for his latest release “Thinking Bout You,” which just premiered on Australia’s V-Hits.
The official video for Nick de la Hoyde’s “Thinking Bout You”, directed by ARIA nominated Marc Furmie, is an artistic commentary on modern sexuality, exploring the constant imposition of sensuality and eroticism as a result of social media. The low key visuals waver between Nick’s emoting vocal performance and the feminine form, exploring themes such as identity and isolation.
“Sometimes it’s better for me to write down what’s on my mind instead of leaving it left alone in my head,” Nick stated in a recent interview with Twist. “So that’s exactly what I did when we starting writing ‘Thinking About You.'”
