A: Americana has the directness and flexibility of lyrics combined with a formal structure of song writing and near unlimited mythic soundscapes to draw upon.
It aims to channels the explosion of creativity from mid century American with its feeling of unlimited horizons and honouring the Past

The moments of the unexpected can feel like such a gift. And there were so many making the album
Hearing Phil make up a mad banjo part on the spot or watching Nick make a average song into a crowd favourite by adding a kick drum is a truly joyful experience
How do you deal with writers block
We have perfected our own custom made cocktail that has proven successful in songwriting ,Jamming and recording
We call it :Banjo Snake Revival
It has Whiskey/Molasses/ Stout and Chartreuse
The song “Shake Shake “was written and recorded in one take after an dismal night in the studio and the intervention of strong Alcohol was called for
