Queer recording artist Kenyth Mogan has released his debut EP Star Stealer which is now available on all digital platforms and Amazon’s disc on demand. Recorded over the past five years, Mogan decided to release an album of covers after the Covid-19 pandemic put production of his third EP on hold. “I love these songs,” he says. “I grew up listening to them. There’s joy in the nostalgia and I hope people who hear them feel the same way.”

Star Stealer is Mogan’s first full-length album after six singles and two EPs. The album’s lead single You and Me was released May 22 and had its radio debut on KGAY 106.5 in Palm Springs.

Other songs on the album include covers of Olivia Newton-John’s Magic, Selena’s Is it the Beat? And a pop version of Reba MacEntire’s Does He Love You? featuring fellow LGBT pop singer Brendan Velasquez.

Mogan’s 2015 Wizard of Oz themed music video Unlock Your Heart  has garnered almost two million views on YouTube while his single Real Me was featured in the Del Shore’s feature film A Very Sordid Wedding.
