After last year’s sold out Madison Square Garden performance with Bon Jovi, country duo Williams Honor has been tapped to take the arena stage once more, opening for another one of their favorite artists— newly crowned ACM & CMA Entertainer of the Year, the country chart topping, guitar slinging, international superstar, Keith Urban.

This performance will be on Saturday, August 17, 2019 in Atlantic City, NJ at the Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena. Tickets are now on sale at www.hardrockhotels.com/atlantic-city.

The duo has also announced a few more high-profile spots in front of career artists. Sunday, June 23, 2019 in Tappan, NY, Williams Honor will perform acoustically right in front of the legendary and Grammy-winning artist John Prine, one of Americana and country music’s most influential songwriters. Tickets are on sale now for the Rockland Bergen Music Festival.

Appel Farm Festival in Elmer, NJ is also bringing Williams Honor with their full band back again this year on Sunday, June 2, 2019 to perform right before American rock band Southern Culture on the Skids who have continued to electrify audiences around the world over the last thirty years. This is an outdoor festival event with family activities, multiple live acts and food tents.

These summer performances are taking place while Williams Honor is currently working on their upcoming album. Their full band performances will once again showcase some of Jersey Shore’s finest musicians including Scott Bradoka, Ron Haney, Arne Wendt, David Halpern, Bobby Mahoney, Nick Douglas, Tom Cottone, John Harvey and others.

NBC’s Today in Nashville just had this duo premiere their unreleased single Step live on-air and even got the co-hosts to come up and sing along with them. “The new album is a breakup record and you might think that solely means ‘tear in your beer’ sad songs,” says lead vocalist Reagan Richards. “This song, however, is about empowerment and freedom.”

They were also asked to ride through the streets of Asbury Park, their musical hometown, again this year and perform Step on top of the 1st Constitution Bank parade float in the Asbury Park St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The duo then took a quick test run with the new single on country stations in Upstate New York while making early morning radio appearances in Warsaw, Utica, Watertown, Syracuse, where their last two singles got tremendous support.

It has been quite a ride in the past three years since their debut release. Their self-titled debut album has become the only country album ever to have national charting singles written in Nashville and New Jersey and produced and recorded on the Jersey Shore. They’ve brought two singles to country radio, toured nationally and performed at radio stations live on-air, hitting the Top 30 on the Music Row Country Breakout Chart with their second single No Umbrella (#27). Their video for Send It To Me (shot on location in Asbury Park and Nashville) won 2018 Best Music Video at the Asbury Park Music & Film Festival.

“We have experienced so much together touring everywhere,” says Richards, “but the unbelievable support from radio across the nation, and of course our beloved WHArmy is truly priceless. We’re carving our careers the only way we know how, by writing good songs, making good records, getting out there to perform and connect with a true passionate audience.” ‘G & R’ as the WHArmy affectionately call them; have been working on their second album in Nashville and New Jersey for the last few months, with Gordon Brown producing once again. The new single is planned for August 2019 with full album to follow.

About Williams Honor

Straight from Asbury Park, NJ’s legendary music scene, comes an unstoppable collision of likeminded influence, chemistry and a true love for country music. The duo consists of powerhouse singer and performer Reagan Richards and producer/multi-instrumentalist Gordon Brown. After spending years separately in Nashville and never running into each other, they both were writing, recording and touring for other projects and artists. The two finally connected while doing a benefit for Hurricane Sandy victims in NJ and fueled by the memory of their fathers, who were both lost way too soon, Williams Honor was born.
