Cherries On A Cloud has been Gloucestershire’s number one burlesque and cabaret event since 2010, specialising in bringing you fantastic acts from all around the world. Originally held in a 1940’s vintage hall, 2019 marks a new era for this high-class event.
With 100% sell out shows for the last 4 years, we’ve made the decision to move to a new, larger, venue that can accomodate the high demand for tickets.
On Saturday 30th of March 2019, Cherries On A Cloud show of 2019 will host our launch event at the Walls Club in Barnwood, with headliner Abigail Collins and cast of international burlesque performers.
Abigail Collins is an award winning, multi-talented, comedy, cabaret and circus performer who has graced stages all over the world, and this will be her third time at Cherries On A Cloud.

Sandy Sure (Winner – The World Alternative Crown, 2016 World Burlesque Games) and Betty Blue Eyes (Winner – The British Crown, 2016 World Burlesque Games) also join the line-up. These wonderful, hilarious women wowed the Cherries audiences in 2018, and are back to welcome Cherries On A Cloud to its new home.
Cherries On A Cloud producer and international burlesque performer, Kitty Ribbons will not only be performing her own routine, but she acting as a mentor to up and coming performers – Kitty’s Burlesque Academy has been running for 7 years, and a troupe of graduates will be performing a routine choreographed by Kitty.

After much thought and consideration, I decided to move to the Walls Club because it gave us the opportunity to bring the show to more people, without moving too far from it’s original location. Over the last 9 years, we’ve built an amazing community of Cherries On A Cloud fans and friends and by bringing the show to a larger venue we can bring more people into the Cherries family.”
Finally Magician and comedian Al Rudge is no stranger to Cherries On A Cloud, but when you’re as hilarious as Al, audiences are never disappointed to see him again! His fast paced, razor wit and whirl wind approach to comedy magic has made him a hit and he’s back to amaze and delight the Cherries On A Cloud audience on March 30th!
All hosted by the divine Miss Em, a force to be reckoned with, who holds audiences in the palm of her hand who can transport you back to the charm and chutzpa of golden age stars such as Judy Garland, Lucille Ball and Rita Hayworth.
What can you expect to find at a Cherries show? Variety, that’s for sure! Everything from traditional burlesque and cabaret, to “boylesque”, magicians, comedians, circus performers, sideshow acts and even poets have crossed our stage. No two Cherries shows are the same but they all promise to delight, and you are guaranteed to see something unique

As well as the incredible performances, we will also be hosting our popular “Heads and Tail” game in which you could win £50, and our best dressed competition sponsored by pin-up and boudoir photographer Betty Noir.
Tickets start from £14 for standard seating, or £75 for a VIP table of four which included priority seating, drinks on arrival, table service.
There will also be stands from independent burlesque and vintage inspired businesses.
