Maryland rapper, Innanet James is back with his first release of the year in the form of a visual offering, for his new track “Hunnids” – following the announcement of his very own premium, organic rolling paper branded “Hunnids”.
Currently on tour with EARTHGANG as he supports them on their ‘What On Earth Tour’, Innanet James is now ready to give his fans some new music. Gaining support from the likes of XXL MAGAZINE, WONDERLAND MAGAZINE and HIGHSNOBIETY; Innanet’s 2018 project ‘Keep It Clean’ featured tracks “Better Without You” ft Pusha T and “Way Up” ft Rexx Life Raj.
Directed by Charlie Googles & Co-Directed by Roger Will, the vibrant video-game inspired visuals see Innanet James take the audience through a Friday night with a comedic spin, where currency is replaced with “Hunnids” rolling papers. Visiting the Check Cashing where he is served by Big Jah, Innanet then treats his lady (Maddy Aiken) and continues to live his best life with a stripper that he saw on a TV advert.
The 24-year-old rapper who takes inspiration from artists including Lil Wayne and Anderson .Paak confidently delivers his playful flow over the up-beat Lawrence Mace production. Showcasing his musical versatility, Innanet James takes on a different kind of vibe to his earlier releases, this time with nuanced chords throughout.
