On the Refrigerator

One of the best ways to keep your houseplants healthy and looking great is to place them on the fridge. The fridge provides the perfect environment for most plants—it’s cool, dark, and moist. And since most people have a fridge in their home, it’s a convenient place to keep your plants. When you’re placing your plants on the fridge, make sure to use a plant tray or saucer to catch any water that may drip off the plants. You’ll also want to make sure that the plants don’t block the airflow inside the fridge, as this can cause the fridge to run inefficiently or require a call for refrigerator repair in Honolulu, Hawaii. Some of the best plants to put on top of the fridge include ivy, Boston ferns, and spider plants.

Windowsills

If you’re looking for a spot to place your plants that gets a lot of natural light, look no further than the windowsill! Plants placed near a window will get plenty of light, helping them grow and thrive. Just make sure to keep an eye on them and water them regularly, as they’ll likely dry out more quickly near a window due to the extra heat and sunlight. When your next house plant delivery arrives, you might find that the windowsill is their ideal home. If you’re looking for some plants to add to your windowsill, some favorites include herbs (such as basil, thyme, and mint), succulents of various types, and flowers (like daisies, sunflowers, and petunias).

Countertops

A windowsill is a great place to put a small plant, but if you don’t have one or you’re looking for a place to put a larger plant, the countertop is a great place to put them. Just be sure to use a pot with a drainage hole so that water doesn’t sit in the saucer and cause your countertop to become wet and slippery. There are many plants that can be grown on a countertop, and each has its own benefits. Some of the most popular options are aloe vera, lemon balm, peperomia, spider plants, and geraniums.

Near the Sink

If you’re like most plant parents, you’re always looking for ways to make watering your plants easier. One great way to do this is to place your plants near the sink. This way, you can easily access the water you need without having to carry heavy watering cans or buckets around your garden. Just be sure to place your plants in a pot with a drainage hole so any excess water doesn’t sit in the saucer. For the most part, plants that have broad, deep leaves need more water than those with thin, delicate leaves. Plants that are native to tropical or wet environments also need more water, as do plants that are in bloom or that have recently been transplanted. This means that these types of plants are some of those that may do well near your sink.

In the Corner

Many people often forget about the plants that can be placed in the corner of a room. However, these plants can be very important in brightening up the space and adding life to the room. Some great plants to place in the corner of a room include ivy, philodendron, and rubber plants.

Houseplants can be a great addition to any kitchen. Not only do they add some life to the room, but they can also improve air quality. However, it’s important to put them in the right space in order to get the most out of them.
