WHEN THE BAND COMES TO TOWN
This was actually a nice read. I enjoyed reading this book, and since it is just 82 pages long and 30000 words, it can be done in a few hours time.
I liked the writing style from Lewis-Foster. I liked her characters. I assume the author has done a good research about the sixties before she entered her story fully. It is written from Jeff's POV and we follow him through his journey as gay. I guess it was not easy for the LGBT'ers back then. I fell for Archie because he was the friend who had so much more than just the friendship. I was not that impressed over Danny. I really enjoyed their journey through two decades. The last chapter was a real joy to read.
