About the Author
Sarah Madison has a large dog, and an even bigger horse, too many cats, and a very patient boyfriend. She enjoys photography, hiking with her German Shepherd, and competing her horse in the sport of combined training and eventing. Writing has become a passion that sometimes take precedence over everything else. As a matter of fact, when she is in the middle of a chapter, she usually relies on the smoke detector to tell her when dinner is ready. You can contact Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Truth and Consequences
(Updated: October 15, 2015)
Truth and Consequences is the third book in Sarah Madison's The Sixth Sense series. It could be read as a stand-alone, however I think the backstory in Unspeakable Words and Walk A Mile is essential to the thorough enjoyment of this book. The story of Jerry and John from their first meeting is not to be missed.
In Truth and Consequences we find Jerry recovering in hospital after a brutal attack has left him with total amnesia, not even recognising his own name. He wakes to find a devastatingly handsome man at his side, who introduces himself as John, his partner in their job as FBI agents, as well as in life. Jerry can't believe his luck. In fact he has a hard time believing someone as hot as John could really be his life partner and begins to wonder who he can trust. With no other family or friends coming forward Jerry is left with no option but to trust, and go home with, John. To recover from his physical injuries and continue the process of regaining his lost memory he needs a safe place and an ally.
As Jerry, who now calls himself by his middle name Lee, gradually regains his memory he can't understand why he remembers everything except the six months between meeting John and waking up in hospital. The truth is so astonishing that he suppresses it until a very interesting, and very hot, interval with John unleashes the memories of their extraordinary history, and puts them, and those closet to them, in mortal danger. What Jerry's amnesia had protected him from and how these two men work together to find their hidden foe, whilst keeping the whole truth from their FBI associates and family, makes for riveting reading.
Sarah Madison is one of those rare authors who has mastered the ability to maintain a break neck pace in her story, provide unexpected twists and turns, and keep the reader on the edge of their seat from the first to the very last page. Her stories contain a lot of humour, hot man on man action, thrills and suspense. Like her two other books in the Sixth Sense series Truth and Consequences was a brilliant five star read!
