Mint – stimulates brain activity. Has a soothing, analgesic, antiseptic and vasodilating action. In folk medicine, the plant is used to facilitate PMS, as a soothing agent that helps with coughing and heartburn.

In large quantities, mint is contraindicated for men, as it affects the potency poorly. It is also undesirable to be consumed during pregnancy.
