About the Author
Brandon Witt resides in Denver, Colorado. When not snuggled on the couch with his two Corgis, Dunkyn and Dolan, he can be found tucked away in his favorite coffee shop, nose inches away from the computer screen, fingers pounding the keys. When he manages to tear himself away from the coffee shop addiction, he passionately takes on the role as a special education teacher during the daylight hours.

A good start to the series
Submerging Inferno is the first book in Brandon Witt's Men of Myth series and an ideal choice for fans of M/M paranormal romances.
I really liked the characters of Brett and Finn and the fact that, in their respective chapters, they have very individual voices. For the majority of the story Brett is confused, angry and fearful; entering a strange world where his identity is in question. On the other hand, Finn has grown up as a Warlock but is willing to face the wrath of his family to keep Brett safe.
Submerging Inferno is a fast-paced mystery and Brandon Witt's paranormal characters have unique traits, meaning that we do not always know what to expect. The focus is on the danger and fear, allowing the romance between Finn and Brett to develop as a by-product of their friendship.
Brandon Witt is both careful and clever not to provide his reader with all the answers to the intricacies of his plot and at Submerging Inferno's conclusion we are ready to reach for Rising Frenzy.
This is an intriguing story which I think will have a huge appeal.
