One-pan rice  


  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves.
  • 2 tablespoons of curry paste.
  • 1 cup of basmati rice.
  • 1 cup of spinach.
  • 2 cups of vegetable stock.
  • 1 can of chickpeas.
  • ½ cup of raisins.
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.
  • ½ cup of cashew nuts.
  • Natural yogurt to serve.


  1. In a saucepan, pour sunflower oil and heat at medium temperature.
  2. Add garlic and curry paste, and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Incorporate rice, spinach, vegetable stock, chickpeas, raisins, salt, and black pepper. Stir very well.
  4. Cook until the mixture boils.
  5. Reduce temperature and cook for 25 minutes.
  6. When it is ready, turn off the heat and add cashews. Mix.
  7. Serve with natural yogurt.
