Lieutenant Apollo Floros can ace tactical training missions, but being a single dad to his twin daughters is more than he can handle. He needs live-in help, and he's lucky a friend's younger brother needs a place to stay. He's surprised to see Dylan all grown up with a college degree…and a college athlete's body. Apollo's widowed heart may still be broken, but Dylan has his blood heating up.

It's been eight years since the teenage Dylan followed Apollo around like a lovesick puppy, and it's time he showed Lieutenant Hard-to-Please that he's all man now—an adult who's fully capable of choosing responsibility over lust. He can handle Apollo's muscular sex appeal, but Apollo the caring father? Dylan can't afford to fall for that guy. He's determined to hold out for someone who's able to love him back, not someone who only sees him as a kid brother.

Apollo is shocked by the intensity of his attraction to Dylan. Maybe some no-strings summer fun will bring this former SEAL back to life. But the combination of scorching desire and warm affection is more than he'd expected, and the emotion between them scares him senseless. No fling lasts forever, and Apollo will need to decide what's more important—his past or his future—if he wants to keep Dylan in his life.

Lovable guys and the twin
(Updated: April 10, 2017)
Apollo and Dylan (and the twin:)
Dylan 23 years old and in love with Apollo since he was a teenager. Back then a crush but all those years he never could get Apollo out of his head (read: heart)
Apollo 34 years old a widower for two years with twin daughters could only see Dylan as the baby brother of his friend Dustin.

Now years and years later Apollo sees a guy with a beautiful butt in the market and can only stare. The guy winks and try to talk. But oh no that's nothing for Apollo who rushed home.
At the barbecue with his friends/colleagues he sees the beautiful butted guy and yes it's Dylan.

Apollo a Lieutenant needs a caretaker for his little girls since his mother will go away for the summer. And he having this job really needs someone who can live in the house and take care of the twin....Dylan is qualified for this job....wants this job and....gets this job....finally in a close circle with Apollo.

Their attraction is strong but Apollo is hardheaded he just thinks Dylan is way to young and out of his league. And no way he will give himself some happiness....and there are huge feelings of guilt...So no love only some.... a handjob a blowjob but nothing more (HA not)

Dylan sweet lovely Dylan so patience so careful he waited sooo damn long. I could cry for him, holding his head high like it's nothing but his heart crashed more times than once.

It's almost a lost case but Dylan is with the love of his life.... and they have their sexy moments....this should be enough....only Apollo is playing hot and cold...
Apollo still convinced he don't deserve happiness... pushing Dylan further away... Only.... even Dylan has a breaking point

A sometimes heart squeezing read. Both lovable guys and Dylan, my hero, I could smash Apollo (mildly) for his actions but Dylan is so understanding he only feels love...
A great read with all great personalities... written in a touching only want happiness for both guys. spoiler...they get their HEA thank you lordie :)
When you are familiar with this author you know this is another awesome read.
