Apple Paleo Plantain Cake
This is a flavored cake that is free of gluten and of refined sugar as well. This only takes five minutes to the prep time and an hour or so for the cook time.
In order for you to be able to make this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
• Three to four eggs
• Half cup of avocado or one kg
• Half cup of maple syrup which could be a substitute for honey
• One to two teaspoons of vanilla extract
• Two to three large ripe plantains
• A quarter teaspoon of salt for taste test
• A teaspoon or two of cinnamon
• Two cups of apples or two kg that have been peeled and chopped
Here are the instructions that you need to follow to be successful with this recipe.
Step 1. Preheat
Set the oven to 350-degree F for preheating. After doing so, you have to apply grease on a 9-inches cake dish or pan with impressive reviews for a more efficient cooking.

Step 2. Blend
Have your best juicer prepared and then place all of your ingredients in it except for the apples. You have to blend them until they are smooth.
Step 3. Prepare the apple
Next, you need to have the apple stirred in and poured into your pan.
Step 4. Bake
After having done the previous step, you can bake it for 55 minutes to an hour to make sure that the cake is already set.
Step 5. Serve when ready
When you think that the cake is already set, just turn off the oven and allow your cake some time to cool down. It has to completely cool down before you can remove the pan from the oven. Then you can slice it and serve. It actually lasts for three days if you store it in a room temperature, covered.
Flourless peanut butter choco chip cake
This is also one of the desserts that are easy to make because the batter that will be used in making this is actually made in the blender. Even so, it still tastes like that of a cake made with white sugar, butter, oil, and flour. Preparation time for this recipe is two minutes and the cook time is only for about twenty-five minutes.
These are the ingredients that you need to prepare for this recipe:
• An extra large banana that is peeled (two small ones will do if the large bananas are not available
• A large fresh egg
• A half cup of heaping creamy peanut butter
• Three tablespoons of honey (you can have a maple syrup as a substitute)
• A tablespoon of vanilla extract
• A quarter teaspoon of baking soda
• A pinch of salt, only for the enhancement of taste
• A half cup of heaping mini choco chips that are only semi-sweet
Here are the directions for you to follow:
Step 1. Preheat
Set your oven to 350-degree F for preheating and then apply grease to your cake pan.
Step 2. Blend
Add all of your prepared ingredients to your blender except for the choco chips. Blend them on high speed until they turn smooth and creamy.
Step 3. Add the choco chips
You can then add the choco chips in the blender and stir by hand. You have to know that you have to make it on your own since seeking the assistance of your blender for this would only pulverize you chips.
Step 4. Set into a pan
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top lightly by using a spatula. Sprinkle the extra choco chips evenly.
Step 5. Bake and serve
After doing the previous step, you can now bake it for about 25 minutes or until such time that the cake is springy to touch and it is set to the center. Then when you think it is already baked, give it time to cool down for bout fifteen minute before removing the pan from the oven. You can then serve it. It can last up to four months if stored in a freezer, and five days if stored at a room temperature.
This recipe is totally low in calorie, low in fat, and low in saturated fat. It can actually cost you about 45 minutes to prepare for this recipe.
Here are the ingredients that you will be needing:
• A tablespoon of sweetener
• A tablespoon of cornstarch
• A cup of orange juice
• A quarter teaspoon of vanilla
• One and a half cup of fresh strawberries that are sliced
• Six sponge cake dessert shells
You have to follow the instructions below for a successful recipe.
Mix the sweetener and the cornstarch in one small saucepan and stir in the juice. Let it boil to cook, and stir in constantly until the mixture seems to be bubbly and thick. Then you can remove it from the heat and stir in the extract. You have to let it cool completely.
Mix the orange juice and other ingredients combination in a bowl then stir gently. Serve after being chilled.
These recipes are not only easy to make but they are also healthy such that it does make us resort to refined sugar or processed sugar which can cause a lot of illnesses and diseases to our body.
