Well, as amazing as travelling may be unless you’re made of money or own a money tree, it’s unlikely that you can do this as much as you would like to. People save for over a year, only to spend a week or two in their dream holiday destination, so you can’t spend months away visiting multiple cities or even countries, right? Actually, this isn’t necessarily true. There are plenty of careers that can make your travel dreams a little more realistic, and plenty more that you can take with you to other countries. Here are some of the best ones.

If you have knowledge about something, then why not share that knowledge with other people, and get paid at the same time. It doesn’t matter what you teach, whether it be science or dance, if you know what you’re talking about, and have the qualifications and certifications that you need, then you can apply for a job in another country. English is something that lots of foreign people want to learn, so if you can speak the local language, you can teach the locals how to speak yours.

If you’re looking for a job that allows you to travel, then a flight attendant is probably the first thing that came into your mind. As a flight attendant, it is literally your job to travel to other countries, spend a few nights there, come home, and do it all over again. Where there are people, there are people that want to drink, so bartending is a great option for you. Bartending jobs are incredibly easy to come by, and require little to no experience, so as long as you have the relevant documents allowing you to work abroad and speak the language, it should be relatively easy for you to find a job in a bar.

Granted, this job doesn’t take you to exciting new places, but it does make it a little easier for you to get there when you’ve got some time off work. You will likely be invited on a free family trip or two, by airlines to promote themselves, and will also receive massive discounts when it comes to booking your own holiday.

If you’re rather talented with a camera, then why not take pictures of the amazing sights that you’re visiting, and sell them online. If you can speak the local language and love children, then perhaps becoming an au pair is for you. As an au pair, you will provide child care services for a family, like babysitting and helping the children with their homework. You can write absolutely anywhere, which is why it’s such a good career option when you are always on the move and visiting new places.
